Product Characteristics

QJB type spherical compensator is composed of circular shell, sphere and sealing ring. The shell contains a round sphere connected with a sealing ring in the middle. So that the spherical compensator can freely realize the displacement compensation of each angle in the range of activity, applicable to the pipeline with angular displacement, convenient for construction. The products are suitable for conveying seawater, fresh water, hot and cold water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, refined oil, air, gas, steam at a temperature of not more than 250 degrees and granular powder and other media.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Customers who have special requirements for the products must provide the following instructions in the ordering contract:

(1) Structure length

(2) Connection form

(3) Nominal diameter, full diameter, reduction, pipe size

(4) The use of media and temperature, pressure range

(5) experiments, inspection standards and other requirements of the factory can be customized according to customer special requirements configuration and design of special products.

3、If the product type and model are provided by the customer, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and sign the contract under the condition that the supply and demand sides understand each other.
