Sleeve Compensator adopts new type of sealing material flexible graphite ring, which is characterized by high strength, small friction coefficient (0.04~0.10), no aging, good effect and easy maintenance. It is mainly used for the auxiliary installation of linear pipeline. Suitable for hot water, steam, grease media, through the sliding sleeve to the outer sleeve of the sliding movement, to achieve the compensation of thermal expansion. Sleeve type compensator is suitable for medium engineering pressure ≤ 2.5MPa, medium temperature -40 ℃ ~ 600 ℃.　The service life of sleeve compensator is large, and the fatigue life is comparable with that of pipeline. The sliding surface has been specially treated, which has good corrosion resistance in salt water, salt solution and other environments, more than 50 times higher than austenitic stainless steel. Meanwhile, when the sealing effect is weakened due to wear and tear after many years, the flange can be tightened again to enhance the sealing performance, or the bolts can be loosened, the pressure ring can be removed, and then a layer or two layers of sealing rings can be installed, the pressure ring can be tightened, and then it can be used again.

(2) Connection form

(3) Nominal diameter, full diameter, reduction, pipe size

(4) the use of media and temperature, pressure range

(5) experiments, inspection standards and other requirements of the factory can be customized according to customer special requirements configuration and design of special products.

3、If the product type and model are provided by the customer, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and sign the contract under the condition that the supply and demand sides understand each other.
